Laura’s Cheesecake, a staple of the community, known for its handcrafted cheesecakes and baked goods, is excited to announce a major expansion. The bakery recently partnered with Drizzle Cheesecakes to support their Costco product demonstrations and to collaborate for the 2025 State Fair of Texas.
On November 4th, the City Council of Mount Pleasant approved a performance agreement that includes a company’s commitment of $500,000 in investment and creation of 6-8 full-time positions.
